To join the 4-H Horse Club, you first must enroll in Walker County 4-H on this site. You will pay your Texas 4-H Dues on this site and then there is a Walker County 4-H fee of $15 that you will pay at any club meeting or at the Extension Office at your convenience.  If you are already a member of a another 4-H club in Walker County, please note that you only pay this fee one time per year, not per club.

The Horse Club also has a separate fee of $50 for the first kid and an additional $40 for every child after.  The Rules and Guidelines for participating in the Horse Club are all available in this handbook.

In the spring, Texas 4-H will open up Horse Validation on 4-H Online and all members MUST validate any and all horses that they plan to ride at any of the Walker County Horse Shows, as well as at the District or State 4-H shows.
