Texas A&M Department of Animal Science Beef Cattle Publications: A wide variety of information ranging from current news, marketing, drought management, facilities & equipment, health, nutrition, pasture/range & forage, management guides, and much more..

Junior Beef Project Publications: This is an excellent resource for anyone interested in the club calf or breeding heifer projects.

 

Equine Information:

 Texas A&M Equine Resources for Horse Owners: Information on drought & emergency management related to horses, theft, nutrition, reproduction, & youth topics.

 

Sheep & Goat Information:

Langston University Goat Research Information: If you are needing information on goat production, this is an excellent resource to be aware of. Langston’s web site can be a little challenging, but it is full of good information. We recommend the Library Fact Sheets. Another useful resource is the Meat Goat Herd Health—Procedures & Prevention module set.

Texas Breeding Goat Guide: Another useful resource for management of these small ruminants.
